Data & Analytics Team
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data
- Develop and manage cloud-based data infrastructure and storage solutions
- Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources
- Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance standards are maintained
- Collaborate with analytics and AI teams to support reporting, dashboards, and machine learning initiatives
- Optimize database performance and query efficiency
- Create and maintain technical documentation for data architecture and workflows
- Support deployment and monitoring of production data solutions
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices within the engineering team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and automated workflows
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, or Databricks
